Art is in his 16th year at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. He came to the Academy in 1996 as an intern in the Sports Information Department, and has served the Academy as an Assistant Sports Information Director, Director of Football Operations, and as the Director of Athletic Operations.
He currently serves as the Director of Athletic Operations and
is responsible for athletic purchasing and oversees the new apparel
agreement the athletic department has with Adidas. He
continues scheduling all athletic facilities and has oversight of
the Athletic Equipment Room staff.
Art graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management.
