Swingly Named NEISA Coach of the Year
Newport, R.I.—The New England Intercollegiate Sailing Association (NEISA) recently announced that Coast Guard Academy Head Intercollegiate Sailing Coach, Brian Swingly, was named NEISA Coach of the Year. This marks the second time in the last four years Coach Swingly has been bestowed this honor, which is voted on annually by the coaches in the conference.
