Joshua is in his first season as a member of the Bears coaching staff.
    
He began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Rickards High in Tallahassee, Fla. in 2009 where he coached the wide receievers, tight ends and special teams.
  
 In 2010 , he was a student assistant at Florida State University when the Seminoles went 10-4 and earned a berth in the ACC Championship Game and beat South Carolina 26-17 in the Chick-fil-A Bowl.
    
Joshua,who graduated from Florida State with a degree in Sociology, played on both sides of the ball at Oviedo High in Oviedo, Fla. for four years while also running track for two years.
