Dana begins his 13th season as a member of the Bears coaching staff.
    
Fleischmann serves as the Co-Defensive Coordinator and coaches the defensive backs.
   
He was an assistant coach at Maine Maritime prior to arriving at the Academy. He worked with the running backs and served as Recruiting Coordinator and Academic Counselor.
    
The 1997 graduate of the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota was a two-year letter winner as a punter and a All-Academic selection in the MIAC.
    
Dana earned a Masters Degree in Athletic Administration and Physical Education from Northwest Missouri State in 1999.
    
Dana, his wife Corinna and their two-year old daughter Josslyn reside in Ledyard.
