Women’s Cross Country 14th at ECAC Championships

BRISTOL, R.I.-Sophomore Melissa Keeley ran to a 43rd place finish to pace the Coast Guard women's cross country team to a 14th place finish at the 2013 ECAC Championships. The Bears were 14th out of 47 competing teams, running a 6K course at Colt State Park in Bristol, Rhode Island.

Keeley was the top finisher for the Bears, with her 43rd place finish coming in a time of 24:10.Next in for Coast Guard was sophomore Jessica Mulroy in 52nd with a time of 24:22 followed by freshman Chloe Benoist was 80th running 24:57.

Junior Cameo Ulbricht and sophomore Andrea Barrameda were next in for the Bears finishing in 25:40 and 25:43, respectively.

Coast Guard returns to action on Saturday, November 16th when they compete at the Division III New England Regional Championships at the University of Southern Maine.
